From AI experimentation to real business impact

Google Cloud Summit brings together enterprise leaders, technology teams, builders, partners, and AI practitioners to discuss how cloud and AI are moving from experimentation into real-world business impact. For Solva, being part of that conversation was an important milestone.

Insurance is one of the most demanding environments for new technology. Teams need to review policies, supporting documents, coverage questions, internal guidelines, and exceptions before decisions can be made. The work requires speed, but also accuracy, transparency, and human oversight.

Linus shared how Solva is being used to support this process in real insurance operations. Instead of adding another rigid workflow, our platform helps insurance teams review complex information, surface relevant evidence, and understand where human judgment is needed.

That distinction is important. AI in insurance cannot be a black box, and it should not replace expert decision-making. It needs to show its work, connect conclusions back to source material, and fit into the way insurance teams already operate.
